Luke's Renovations Sydney

I recently had Luke and his team in to renovate 2x bathrooms - an ensuite and a main. When I gave Luke the job, he said he could get in an out to do both bathrooms simultaneously within 3 weeks. Being a little sceptical given previous renovation experiences and timelines, I was very impressed that he started on a Monday as promised with his team and he was out on the Friday three weeks later! He’s the first builder I have worked with that has been able to keep to schedule, which minimised disruption to me and my family.The only slight negative was that costs did overrun my original budget - while some was expected, other additions (eg. for irregular tiles, for moving drain points, as well as needing to fund outside help to move tiles from garage to the bathrooms) seemed a little egregious. So my only guidance would be to have as much of the plans and materials explicitly called out in the initial quote and locked in before you start.But overall the quality of the work was great and I’m very happy with the end product. I would ask Luke again for any future renovation needs!

This was the best decision we made at the end of a long renovation planning period. Our original builder who we doubled his quote overnight. From that moment of despair, we found Luke (thankfully).He was around our house within 24 hours, we showed him what we wanted. We had a quote that same night.We have practically ended up with our original design, at half the price our other builder wanted.Everything was up front, you know what’s included. Where we made changes, or found we needed too (it’s a 100 year old house), Luke always gave us honest advice and information.Nothing has been a problem, even when we over thought the process, he brought us back to the real world.Luke’s team worked in with other trades we needed.Our kitchen by Moey is everything we wanted and more. I catch myself just staring at it.Our neighbours and friends have been so impressed, we’ve given referrals. In fact, my bank manager is booked in with Luke.We will use Luke if we every need work done again.Look no further, the reviews you read are true and accurate.

I found Luke online and liked his website, after speaking with him I felt confident using him for my bathroom ensuite renovation. He and his team were great. They were punctual and took care in their work. I'm incredibly happy with my new bathroom. Luke is a refreshingly direct and prompt communicator. Everything was completed on time and on budget. All of the trades were professional and friendly. After twenty-one years, our main bathroom was in desperate need of renovation, the mosaic tiled bath especially. We engaged Luke Bathrooms to carry out a full rebuild of the bathroom with the same deep tiled bath and shower arrangement. Luke and his team handled the whole rebuild professionally and with little impact to our busy lives, all we had to do was shop for tiles and fittings.
