Ok experience, sales convo at counter is to draining! ...want to upsell and cross sell everything...sometimes you just want to buy and leave!! 3 monitors but 2 people only ever serving , takes a while to get served.

Staff are friendly and laid back. Store it's a messy kind of organised..

bad customers service; I returned the PlayStation 4 with a care plan. We had bought it 4 days ago, because during the game it turned off suddenly and it happened to three times each time we had to wait and restart the device from the power switch .. I explained the matter to the work team. But I was shocked by the way they dealt with us as customers.. where the store manager said that we have to take a video of the case... and since I don't know his name, I answered him.. brother, I don't know when it turns off because it happens suddenly. ?? really? I did not expect this answer, as it would have been better to take the device and check it at the maintenance service department, as I cannot take a video all day until it turns off. Is this reasonable? ...The store manager's answer to me was.. Please, I'm not your brother, don't say my brother... Here, frankly, I was more shocked, because I learned to call who talking with him '' brother'' or 'mate'... So do I deserve this answer from the store manager.. I said To him, this method is not suitable for customer service, to talk in this way with the customer... So the store manager turned to his mate and said, Give the money back to them. I want them out of the store."I personally dealt with more than one of your branches

They have so many gift options it was hard to choose what to get. You should come and check it out while they have a sale.

They use to be organised, pre ordered a jurassic park item,(30th anniversary Ford Explorer) got the message to pick it up at stocklands wetherill park, l get there They couldn't find it out the back. I finally find it out on the shelf. Box had been crushed, so they requested a replacement only to get a refund on the item as they sold out. Pretty upset as I have been buying at zing for years.

Extremely poor customer service or best to call it no customer service. took my PlayStation 4 to EB Games at Weatherill Park and wastold it will be ready in a maximum of 10 days.I called after 3 weeks and was told it wasn't ready yet, I was told that they will call me when it is ready. Another 3 weeks later I go back in and they tell me that I must of received a call because someone has written the box that they called. I checked my phone for missed calls but no calls were missed all they said was sorry this happens..

Didn't get my pre-order bonus steelbook for pokemon voilet. I said to the girl serving me (Maryam) that I didn't get my pre order bonus, she said everything is in the bag.So thanks now I miss out.

A bit of everything in here and well stocked. Like other EB Games, it's also very over priced too. For the price of a pre-owned (year/s old) game here, you could buy a brand new game at JB Hifi.
