Brought my iPhone SE in with a screen that jumped around erratically. I fully expected to have to replace replace the screen. Instead they offered to take a look at it and see if they could fix it without replacing it.Low and behold 20 minutes later the screen is working fine and they didn’t charge me anything.Impeccable service and results.

Average service. Their CRM needs work to ensure they call back potential customers. The guys I dealt with were friendly, polite and apologetic and their suppliers let them down too

My phone was completely dead and the lovely guy from cell city took it away, cleaned and checked the charge port and told me it should be fine now. The process would have taken 10-15 mins. He said “there you go just charge it up” - I offered to pay for his time but he wouldn’t take anything. What an amazing honest service. You could trust these guys to do the right thing by you.

Just went in to get charging port to be repaired but the guy at reception, had found dust and small bits of debris within and cleaned the charging port in about 2 minutes. Quick service. Thank you Cellcity Vivian st.

Like many others, I too thought the charging port had to be replaced. Nope, just a good clean. Now I don't have to spend a couple of minutes each time trying to find that one position it would charge at. Thanks!
