Great product order a second photo frame for my son, I have ordered back in early February. It took about a month and a half for my daughters to come through and they did communicate with me when I sent them a query, so I waited this time, I haven't receive any email from them this second time around and I have followed up twice with no reply, it has been almost 4 months since I've placed my order. I wouldn't use these guys again.

Ordered a frame on February 14th still haven't received it. Emailed suzan all she gave me were lies and excuses then tried contacting her via phone she doesn't answer, asks for communication via text but doesn't respond. Was given a fake tracking number. Absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated. Completely ignored once I asked for a refund. Would definitely NOT recommend purchasing from them. I still haven't received my frame nor refund. Have chosen to take this matter further!

I ordered two photos frames and paid for via bank deposit in February. When I had not received my product I sent them an email and they stated the post had lost it and they would send out new ones. That was four months ago. I have rang and left msg and emailed but they will not respond. Do not buy from this company.

I would give zero star if I can! This seller will NEVER EVER send your order! Tried to contact them multiple times through website, fb msg, text msg and phone but nothing! If you are a victim, pls contact your bank to get your money back.

Ordered and never received my cake topper. Emailed on numerous occasions and left phone messages and no response. Ended up putting in a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Do not buy. Read all reviews. She must pretend to post the first parcel then you wait 2 months and she then says Australia post lost it and says she will resend. Then the second one gets “lost” too. Etsy then provided a refund on her behalf so she gets to keep the money.

What a sad experience I’ve had dealing with another small business owner. Wish I read the reviews before placing a special order. Just save your time and money and support another business. After months of sending emails, messages on social media and even calling them regarding the status of my order I finally received my refund (which they said they would do via PayPal but mysteriously canceled straight away so then I have to follow this up for another few weeks!!) Just terrible! Would NOT recommend

*SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER*I was waiting for my order for almost 6 months. The seller was buying time with excuses and fake tracking number. You will NOT receive your product. I was lucky enough to read the Google reviews after being fed up waiting. Put a complain through PayPal and got my money back.

Have been waiting for my keepsake box order since early Feb, tracking number provided is fake as is other recent posters. Have emailed store, not expecting response and lodged enquiries with Aus Post and Paypal.Update: Seller has contacted me to advise they will be making another, will not hold my breathe, Aus post have closed investigation saying parcel is lost"."

BEWARE! READ ALL REVIEWS! I never received my item after ordering in February. I was giving a dodgy tracking number that remained in pre transit. Then told a replacement was sent which never arrived. It appears Esty has closed her shop down. Seems a lot of her recent reviews are all similar with dodgy tracking, orders not arriving and poor communication.
