Excellent service! Walked into the store and was greeted by Chris.He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was talking about when it came to product knowledge of welders. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and Chris’s service.

The poor staff here were kind and attempted to help but.... looks like head office doesn't even give them enough power to even exchange an item, god forbid you buy the wrong thing. No refund, no exchange no store credit. Luckily one of the guys helped and I exchanged an item. Unfortunately there are so many price tags missing that I was checking prices online and it was still $20 more when I got to the counter to do the exchange!The whole thing was very disappointing and embarrassing for them, no wonder they can't find staff.

I ordered a dewalt fan and they said they have one in Brisbane and it'll take a couple of days worst case 10 to get here, 3 weeks later I went in for a browse and I found one on the shelf so I went up to the counter and asked where's mine, I want that one and they were reluctant to give it to me because it wasn't mine, needless to say I walked out with it. With Sydney tools lismore they do have good sales but if it ain't on the shelf forget about them.I ordered a black sp tool box kit with silver handles and I got a black one with black handles and there excuse was they don't do the one I want any more, no warning, email, phonecall they just ordered me the all black one, if I new that I would of got a different box !!!!Useless

I don't shop anywhere that doesn't put prices on items. If I want to buy something I want to see the price. I don't want to have some snotty nosed kid have to look up the price and then put up with his dribble about how good the product is.As you are trying to sell a specialised product some kid with no industry experience only here say knowledge just doesn't cut it with me.I was looking for a generator, the (sales person?) Proceed to expose the virtues of a range of products that did not meet my request.Needless to say I didn't buy here and won't be going back.

I was incredibly impressed by the assistance, knowledge and outgoing service provided my staff member Ben. It is refreshing to receive such stellar customer service as a female in a store that predominantly caters to tradies and men in general. Thank you immensely for your assistance. I will be back hopefully be served by Ben again, as he really gave the time and advice I needed.

Unfortunately each time we have visited this store we have been met with disappointment. Customer service doesn't appear to be a priority even if your standing at the counter with 2 service personnel within arm's reach. No acknowledgement, no greeting and the stock count is always out... They could learn a great deal from Bunnings and their other major tool competitors.

Bought X-torque saw bench kit for $858, phoned the Burleigh head store too see if it was in stock, they had it, so manger Pat sent me a quote with payment details, so I payed through payment instructions. Drove 1 hour too pick up too be told my payment hasn’t gone through, which I had confirmation on my phone and showed them, and he said ah mate that wont go through till Monday, so I had too pay again for it up there. So I’ve paid twice for the item. Still waiting for a refund off them a week later. ?? Poor service is a understatement. Manager Patrick Hanlon at the Burleigh heads store is full of excuses, all I want is my money back from something I’ve paid twice for. Willing too go further if I don’t get my money.

A great store with excellent products. Despite being flooded, and presently running on generators, i have found the staff very helpful and lovely to deal with. Easy parking close by. Staff even put a tool together for me before purchase. Top stuff. Will be buying all my power tools from sydney tools from now on.

Been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a toolbox!! That was only coming out of sydney.. cr@p customer service. There's no price tags on anything. Lot of tools are still flood damaged. And staff have minimum knowledge about the products.If you're wanting anything sp tools go to bursons or bsc in south lismore. They will price match it and have it in stock in no time.
