If I could give 0 stars I would. Its so dirty. The chair was full on nails dust. I actually had to ask them to remove it. The tools was not clean and the lady tried to pick dry skin out of the tools to use for my pedicure.When I asked if it was clean she walked away to get another unsealed packet. She then cut me and then when she tried to clean the blood of my toe I got up and left. A whopping $35 for a half arsed job,Cutting me and no nail polish. The place os filthy. Pictures posted. Go somewhere where they actually take pride in what they do and clean up after themselves.

One star because there is no option for zero , done SNS two days ago, absolutely dreadful, finish scraping, smudging, colour not what I wanted, big and chunky, plenty of layers, rushed, they don’t understand much English, they don’t listen, they don’t look after their customers, and talking to each other in whatever language they speak, very rude. Went back today, two days after i had them done, asked for refund and removing of that atrocious nails. Refund was refused … $ 70 bucks down the drain. Yeah….. merry Christmas to you too :( you’re SNS technic is poor, you should train a little bit more, you applied so much layers my fingers were heavy, the top coat didn’t dry properly before I left and it had scratches an smudges all over, job was rushed and absolutely shocking, that’s not the way to treat first time customer, I had to have them fixed, you didn’t offer to fix them, so I paid 70 bucks for your shonky job and i paid 50 bucks to have them done professionally. So don’t tell me you don’t run the business for free, my money don’t grow on trees, hope you choke on it :( . I had a great time thanks to Shawn , you talking in your own language to each other is absolutely rude. Save your nonsense responses. I will report you to the fair trading, i have pictures to prove my point. I wonder if you actually certified. I am done

The staff at this salon are lovely. I’ve been there 5 + times and each time, their customer service is the best I’ve experienced compared to other nail salons. I feel welcome as soon as I go in and I’m happy with my pedicures there. Thank you Ocean Nails & Beauty!

Hannah does an amazing job at doing Shellac nails. The nails last a few weeks and she does really cool designs. Each customer has their own personal box with their manicure tools too.

Been going to Hannah for year's and when she was opening her own business I had to come see her. She's the best nail tech I so definitely recommend her she is quick but not in a rushed way and she does amazing nail art designs every time I come she surprise me with the work and the attention to detail she puts into it work.

This place hasn't been around long but is doing well. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Jenny did a great manicure, took her time and was gentle. Not expensive and they do a great job.

I used to love this place, but my last 5-6 visits have been terrible. Rushed, cut my skin, butchered nails, and shellac has chipped within a couple of days. I kept going back as it's convenient and I was hoping for improvements. My last visit, 4 of my nails chipped within a 24 hours. I won't be going back there.

I have been going here since this place opened. I have my own free box that only those tools are used on me. The staff are always lovely and friendly and try to accommodate my often shortness of time and still do a perfect job - every time. I get frequent manicure and pedicure shellacs (always big apple red!). I love the convenience of the location too (easy parking every time).
