I work as a tutor at Woden and I have been working for Big Improvements Tutoring since 2016. It is a great work and learning environment, our kids are super enthusiastic, make steady progress and love seeing us every week. The work ethic and work environment at BIT are honestly the best ones I have ever found in my teaching career so far. The tutors are friendly and qualified, the quality of teaching is very high and the feedback we receive from parents is overwhelmingly positive. The priority of this tutoring company is not only to improve the academic achievements of K-12 students, but also and foremost to help them develop self-esteem, belief in themselves and appreciation of their own abilities.

I work as a tutor at Big Improvements Woden. It's a pleasure to work in such a great environment! The other tutors are always friendly and the students are great. We work together to create an environment where we can give kids a confidence boost with their learning. Also, it's just nice that when I come to work I'm met with the smiling faces of both tutors and students :)
