I purchased this product Butcher's Superior Cuts Natural Dog Treats beef jerky from the Elanora Petbarn store, the Manager was lovely. My dog became very sick vomiting after eating 1 dog chew. My dog was sick for 3 days and had a slow recovery. I was refunded the money for the product. However, the vet bill was $541.40. I had pet insurance, however I was out of pocket $338.12. Petbarn have declined to reimburse me the money. If I had not of bought this treat my dog would not have been sick & I would not have had a Vet bill.Please do not purchase this dog treat. As a loyal customer over 20 years I will not be purchasing anything from Petbarn in the future.

I bought 8 guppies from this store, 4 male and 4 female. Within 48hrs all females have velvet fungus and I've lost 3 of them. It is now in my tank and I've had to go and buy treatment which will take me a week of stuffing around to do. I'm likely to lose another few fish from this disease that has come from their tanks.When I called the store they simply thanked me for telling them, no offer of a refund.I used to buy all our pet products from here and I will never shop here again.

I went in the shop to get pet products. I was so happy to be in the shop to talk to a human being as I live on my own. I felt I was being fobbed off. Like I was weird. But in covid I find if people come in to my work and want to chat I let them have free reign. It makes them feel happy and feel special. So I would like a bit more kindness from places we shop. Please. It will make the difference.
