Kates class was great and the studio is super fun with its pops of colour! Kate is able to cater for everyone in the room regardless of age/injury and keep the class flowing smoothly. Didnt even realise 50minutes had gone by!

I’ve been a member of Pilates Cartel for a couple of years. When you go to Pilates Cartel, you can expect to be welcomed with a warm smile, every instructor will make you feel comfortable and welcome, and you’ll be in an environment that is encouraging, energetic, positive and most importantly fun! Imagine neon colours, some Dolly Parton and 80’s pop songs, and lots of laughs. Kate and her team will make sure your workout will meet your level of experience with Pilates, they’ll encourage you to push yourself but they’ll always make sure you have an option to take it a bit easier. In saying that, you WILL feel the burn and sweat it up. I high recommend Pilates Cartel to anyone that is looking to move their body and have some fun!!

I enjoyed the welcome from the instructor and others participating in the class, I was a little disappointed in the studio as it was a minimal space and a little cold on atmosphere. I had done reformer pilates for a long period of time in Sydney and did notice the reformer I was using was from my previous gym, Elixir. I'm looking forward to my next session.

Kate and Potato will greet you every time with big energy, a big smile, and a wagging tail. Classes are taught for all levels, shapes and sizes. Plenty of options to level up to feel the extra burn. Pilates Cartel offers top pilates class with a great community .

I have been going to Pilates Cartel since the start of the year and cannot get enough of it!! Kate & Potato are the cutest little duo! It is such a fun and energetic environment. I love doing reformer classes (always a challenge & doing something different), as well as loving the new barre classes!

Just started private lessons with Kate to improve on strength and flexibility. Being new to Pilates reformer Kate provides the individual attention I need along with the motivation to continue. Kate is an amazing instructor and Pilates Cartel Toukley is a comfortable and welcoming venue.

This is my first year of trying something different from the standard gym workouts, I'm not one to step out of my comfort zone but I'm loving it! Kate and the team are welcoming and make you feel at ease.
