Tenants beware. We had an extremely poor experience with Seek Property Solutions. By far the worst of all the companies we’ve held a lease under. We struggled desperately to meet their unrealistic expectations to get our bond money back. There was no damage to the property however it seemed like they were trying to find the smallest faults to keep our money. We had to return 3 times to clean, each time for a different problem that magically arose. Due to this extremely unprofessional and grubby behaviour we will never rent or buy a house under their management.

We have dealt with Rosemary and her team frequently over the past 3 years, renting out our property through them and just recently selling the property. They were nice to start off with. Then when i told them i austism kid they turned on me. I had to pay for all the maintance which was owner responsibility. Eg oven hot water system. I would never go them as a tenant.

We rented a property for several years through Seek Property Solutions. Our rental manager Margie was so nice and kind to us. When our dog Raz was about to be put down she gave us a photo she had taken in the back yard of Raz. It is the only good photo we have of her. Thanks so much for being kind caring humans as well as professional property managers.
