I'm very happy with the centre. Great educators and the environment. My child settled in right away. So glad with my choice.

A nice setting at the university, good staff, just watch out for mosquitoes next to the pond there. They have mitigation measures for that, but my child still ended up with the occasional bite. Weird that 2 of the negative reviews are from people in Melbourne.

I only have positive things to say about this centre. My child started here two weeks ago and I couldn't have been made to feel more at ease leaving him in their care. My son has settled in quickly and I believe this is because the staff are attentive and caring. They always take the time to discuss your child with you at the start and the end of the day. They encourage and seek feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. I love this attitude.In regards to the mosquitos, yes there are currently some around the centre. This is mostly due to the extensive amount of rain that we have been experiencing. The staff are working on ways to combat the world's most annoying insect and prevent the children from being bitten. I haven't noticed any mosquito bites on my child.A long winded review, but I honestly feel that this centre should have a review rating that reflects the wonderful staff here. 5 stars.

I don't know why most of the reviews are so negative. I've worked here as a casual, and I found this is one of the most beautiful centre I've ever had(I've been about 10 different centres). The environment is nice and cozy and the best for education. The staff are kind and really care for children. I would like to visit this centre again!

This is an amazing centre with caring and responsive staff.

Brilliant staff and management who truly care for the children. Very observant and caring with my little girl, and have been very communicative about matters concerning her. Each day, information is conveyed to me about how her day went, and highlights of her day such as walking more, if she ate, slept, or played with friends.They quickly learn the habits of my daughter, and adapt to suit what she prefers, and understand what she needs such as sleeping with noise, and encouraging her to eat foods with textures she dislikes.Highly recommended.Unsupported reviews should be taken with a large pinch of salt.

Comparing this centre to many others, working here is great and rewarding as they treat staff and children well. Most importantly, the team is very nice and warm towards children, and they are driven towards reflecting on their work and basing it on research so that the team is always improving and challenging themselves and their practice.I notice there are many negative reviews here. I realise a lot of them are probably due to two fake news stories released about this centre, both of which were proven false either by the news writers themselves or the department of education investigations regarding the case. It is sad that such a lovely centre has the misfortune of being accused of these false charges and has possibly driven the reviews down.

Excellent staff and quality educators. I highly recommend this centre. Not just a place that watches over your children but a school where they can learn and experience many things. The negative reviews all seem like spam people with only 1 review no comments.
