I couldn't praise this business more. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Unfortunately it is not very often these days to have such an excellent customer service experience! Every aspect of their service and work was impeccable! Well done!

Beware! Our business Ute was booked in for a door repair under insurance. Whilst in Car Experts care further damage was done to the tray & tail light. Instead of giving us a curtsy call to explain the situation, they went behind our backs to try & fit/replace our branded signage however this was done incorrectly. Upon collection the whole incident was sheepishly explained, no apology given or detail provided. Our request for a list of what was fixed & replaced including additional damaged so that we can keep for our records has continuously fallen on deaf ears, now 3 months from picking up our Ute we will are yet to know what happened, how & what was fixed. This isn’t too much to ask! Just common decency & respect.

I will not go to Car Experts again, terrible job and a rip off

Very Very good work done and ahead of time, went the extra mile to make my car look the best possible within the remit of the difficult insurance company, so more was done without asking which was a really pleasant surprise. Nicely valeted and even found my long lost overpriced sunglasses which topped my day! Thanks guys, really appreciate your hard work.
