Hopeless, absolutely inept and blase service assistants. Don't bother asking if they have something. They won't even know what iron or folate is. Ask for magnesium supplements and you'll get handed some skin cream. All they care about is cattle call script service, no personalised treatment whatsoever. Terrible franchise in general.

Very odd pharmacist. I was denied a standard over the counter medicine for conjunctivitis for our child. However, I had no issues at another Chemist Warehouse down the road.It felt the pharmacist at Safety Beach were unsure and played a guessing game. They instead pointed me to an online app which would have costed $100 and up to an hour delay. A bit unprofessional.

Dreadful customer service . From the pharmacists to the sales assistants . Very indifferent and unhelpful. I suggest that they all spend a week in the Tyabb Road branch in Mornington to see how customer service should be .

May 2022, Eleven out of ten for the delightful, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful Courtney! Her quiet unassuming manner was impressive. Bless her heart!Some.months back Terrible service via the phone. Simply can't get through and when I do, I waited 10 minutes for someone in pharmacy- I ended up hanging up!

Abbz is amazing and is the only pharmacist capable of doing his job. Even know scripts are sent in or emailed with follow up calls they still don’t get filled therefore you are awaiting 15-30 minutes. The reason scripts are put in beforehand is so we don’t have to wait. I’m sick of my scripts being lost on a regular basis. After years of being a customer I have left and go to Rosebud and have no dramas.
