A beautiful quiet part of Cairns

Living here and loving it.

Nice area outside Cairns,has shopping center and easy access in and out of Town.

It's nice when it's dry, big Goanas around there and Crystal Cascades is right next to there.

A truly beautiful place to rent or live especially for young families. Great long stretches of tracks, parks and creeks. Sure it adds 10 mins drive to wherever you are going but it is a nice drive winding past horse stabbles and lush vegitation. It's disappointing that the local shop has closed down, but the redlynch shops is just down the road anyway. There are no public toilets which is inconvenient, but this decision was made by the community to deter loitering and drug/needle use. It is a very quite neighbourhood with good community unity. Markets in the park are often held once a month and sometimes held as fundraisers for people going through life threatening illnesses.
