Highly recommend Andrew from Techone. I requested a quotation from at least three different companies. Techone's quotation was the most reasonable and affordable one with all the detailed description so I decided to proceed with them. He arrived approximately 15 mins early to allow some preparation time. I replaced the old A/C with quite advanced A/C at reasonable price which make my place look tidy and modern. Most importantly, it is working really well !! I never knew replacing A/C that hadn't worked for more than 6 months can make me so happy. Previously when I got AC installed from a different company, I just got an instruction paper from a manufacturer that usually comes with the unit so I had to figure out everything by myself.. but Andrew kindly tested it and explained every single details together to ensure I make the best use of it. I had Andrew install a multi split system to three bedrooms of my house. Everything about the experience was fantastic. From the quote to the install, everything was performed in a efficient and timely manner with excellent customer service. I can’t fault the workmanship with everything working perfectly so far. The price of the unit/install was very competitive and was not matched by any other local installers. Would definitely recommend!
