Ventura Restaurant and Bar
A relaxing restaurant, perfect for a romantic or family dinner when you’re at Airlie. We came for a one year anniversary and had pisco sours and a phenomenal platter of Surf n Turf. It came with delicious arugula and apple salad. The steak was cooked with perfect char, the Moreton bay bugs on top were delicious. I highly recommend this place, the staff were also very friendly and hospitable. 10/10

We had the best meal that we have had on our Australian holiday. Rebecca the waitress was a fun person and served us with a mixture of fun and professionalism. She is a real asset to that business!The only down side was no beer on tap (not working that night) and no coffee available after our meal ( coffee machine broken?) Apart from that we would go again if we were in Arlie Beach.

This place is not a 4.4; do not get fooled. This place has the worst service I've ever experienced. It took an hour and a half to get our food. We had to ask to get water and plates. All the food was absolutely horrible. Underseasoned and over cooked steak. Completely bland salmon pasta that was drenched in oil. The best part of the meal was the tomato sauce that came with the chips. The Moscow mule had no mint or lime in it whatsoever and they still charge 20 for it. I've never been so disappointed with a dining experience in my life.The table beside us was waiting for the same amount of time and was just about to walk out when their food came.A note to to the owner: sell this place and don't put another dime into this obviously sinking business. You obviously don't know what you're doing. You'll be doing ourself and the general public a favour.

Stopped by on Tuesday for drinks after a trip to the islands and just enjoyed the view and a drink. Restaurant currently offering 50% off food Tuesday and Wednesday so went Wednesday. Great meal and salads which were good value even at full price. Wide range of wines giving good by the glass options. Going back for lunch on Friday we enjoyed the view and food so much. They do cocktails at great prices 2 to 4 on Fridays. Lucked out on this one!

Highly recommend this place. Super tasty food and wine, friendly staff & owner, eclectic music playing in the background and a nice place to sit outside or inside overlooking the marina of boats. Our party of 3 had the seafood platter along with the creamy salmon pasta and it was the perfect amount for us + a bottle of wine. Honestly couldn’t fault any part of the dinner. Will be going back again.

A really good selection of cocktails to choose from, which we sampled a few at various visits and enjoyed talking to the owner who was extremely friendly when explaining the ingredients.Food was of a good standard and we enjoyed eating there.Highly recommend a visit, especially if staying slightly out of town near the marina.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to for this place because it was such an amazing night with food, drinks and service.We ordered the seafood platter and 2 entrees (duck spring rolls & garlic bread); the platter was bigger than we expected and we definitely ordered more than we bargained for, between two Adults and a toddler, but do not regret at it as it was so delicious! Even the kids spaghetti was a big portion and very delicious with actual flavour, sauce and meat!I didn’t get any names as they didn’t have name tags on but the main waitress (with an English accent) was very friendly, bright, bubbly and attentive. The two older gentleman (main servers) were also very attentive and friendly, all three made it a very enjoyable night for my family.Please please go there and enjoy their delicious meals, yummy cocktails and excellent service!!

The views are awesome. We went for the meat platter but the menu we saw online was old. Tasty food. Quite pricey but like most of the area it's comparable.The steak was tasty, ordered medium rare and they did it like that.A treat.Cocktails were a bit small for the price.
