I have been with Achieve for 9ver a year from home visits to now gym visits. My work has gently escalated with careful attention to my occasioanal injury. I have increased my muscle strength and my regular walks with my carers I feel fit and healthy.

The team at Kirwan were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Duane took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my calf and leg issues, and provided a wholistic approach to healing that not only targeted the problem directly, but also strengthened the surrounding muscles for long-term relief. His guidance has been invaluable in helping me recover quickly so I can once again be pain free.
