Excellent service! Roy was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Roy fixed my Bosch washing machine without any trouble, and was extremely helpful over the phone upon first contact. He was honest regarding how long it may take to repair the machine, yet he was able repair it much much sooner than anticipated.I will be most definitely using Roy again if I have any troubles, and will be recommending him to all of my family and friends, or anyone I speak to for that matter!

Roy was fantastic, he arrived on time and was very honest about the life left in my washing machine. He went above and beyond not only fixing my machine for a very reasonable price but also recommended washing machines to consider when the machine does die. Roy fixed our 10 year old Ariston washing machine in July last year and it had been working fine until a few days back. He came around to look at it today (unfortunately this time it was a different issue, the main board) and gave us the sad news. As he’d previously repaired the machine, he didn’t charge at all for this callout - much appreciated, would certainly recommend Roy!
