Simply the best friendliest and most professional clinic I have been to in the last 40 years in Australia and abroad. Hats off to Tom Bevan-Shannon for providing trauma informed care whilst treating myself for a work cover injury. Provides a holistic approach when treating an injury with consideration of all contributing factors. Alternative treatments and differentials to my injury discussed thoroughly. He is friendly and makes you feel safe throughout appointments. Great facility with friendly reception staff who are always happy to help.

This is by far the best physio place in Melbourne that I have been too. The staff are professional, polite and well trained at what they do. I recently did a reformer pilates class in their new studio which was very enjoyable. It was some what challenging but in the best way possible, being able to push myself without over doing it. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I called on a Saturday morning with knee pain- new patient and needing a long consultation. No appointments available as I expected.The receptionist was so very helpful and said she would call me back with some options. Which she did.John made himself available to see me at the end of appointments for the day.Professional service. They are friendly and went out of their way to help and treat my injury. I walked out pain free and I will continue to go here for my Physio needs.Thankyou so very much.

These guys are amazing! I had an injury which remained persistent for a few months which stopped me from running. The initial advice and management plan from John really set me on my way. I then saw Luke who took me through a systematic exercise program which enabled me to get back to running PAIN FREE again.100% recommend !!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff who were always a delight to chat to. Shaun was the physio who helped me resolve numerous issues I was having both hip and neck pain. He was excellent and I have been pain free for months now.

Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome from a first consult.A comprehensive website that details services and each staff members primary areas of expertise, plus a straightforward online booking system.Proactive approach to client management - they called to see if I’d prefer treatment with a physio available longer term.Rooms are bright, clean and staff were friendly and engaging with all clients.I was treated, given exercises to maintain and we agreed on a plan to help me get strong - I walked out more mobile than I walked it!
