I had the pleasure of having Tara as my technician. She was extremely good at what she does and workmanship is just impeccable. Very knowledgeable at the product and safety tips of where to the put the sensors. This is my second home that was done and would always go with these guys.

Very professional and reliable service from the company, and our installer Tara was amazing! She explained everything carefully and ensured we were well informed in making our installation decisions. Tara was super professional, knowledgeable and informative. She was on time (rare) and did a prefect job in our old house which would not have been an easy install. Extremely happy with the service. Pay attention to details. Tara and Robbie are very professional.I installed a PET friendly alarm system last year. The Bosch system works perfectly well for my little cat who loves running around the house at night. Definitely recommend!

I love my tech and after a lot of research re systems and installer - I picked Melbourne alarms, right after my initial chat with Robbie, because I got a good 'vibe' and a flavour of what was to come. The people that come into your home and the customer service matters! I'm happy to say that I'm glad I chose them. We just had Tara in to replace an old alarm and were very happy with the overall experience. She was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and when she came out she was timely, efficient, courteous and left the place cleaner than any other tradesperson we’ve had.Even my wife was most impressed. More so than any of the many other tradespeople we’ve had through since we moved in.Highly recommend!

Steve and Tara from Melbourne Alarms and Monitoring have just left after delivering yet another fantastic installation experience, upgrading the system here to include perimeter monitoring and CCTV coverage.I first came into contact with Steve, Tara and the ever-dependable Robbie a few years ago, when I was looking to have my rapidly deteriorating alarm system replaced. Their knowledge of available systems and the amazing care and attention to detail they delivered left a lasting impression - and a system that operated faultlessly from the first day.When I wanted to upgrade, there was never any question that I'd call Robbie and get Steve and Tara to come back. The tireless way they went about understanding my needs and designing the perfect system for me is a hallmark of the way they operate. Come installation day(s) they were here early and left nothing to chance - every aspect of the system was tested and tweaked until they were happy it was doing everything it should. My home was spotless when they left.Finding any business that is so customer-focused is a gift. Agree with previous reviews! Tara was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. She repaired a faulty alarm that another serviceman had botched. Her instructions were very clear. I would highly recommend Melbourne Alarms and Tara to anyone looking to do a repair or install.
