Very friendly and nice people, although I did ring to confirm coming in, gave information on my items, owner said to bring it in, he can't discuss prices on the phone although he does take them and they do personal loans also.Let him know I was travelling over an hr, he said no worries they don't pack up till 4.45.Got into the store for him to tell me no they don't take that item..It was also 3.30pm and also stated its to late to complete a loan. So very misleading.So in the end a massive waste of time, even after confirming on the phone.

Rude and unhelpful. Got offered 50$ for a 2000$ HP envy lap top. Went elsewhere. People are already down on their luck. There is no need to make them feel worse. I would reccomend anywhere else in Albury-Wodonga.

Rang up to try get rough estimate on my items before bringing them in to save me the hassle if not worth it and spoke to Michael, very unhelpful, didn't seem like wanted the business and couldn't help me at all, not the best look for a shop that advertised was looking for stock this week

Offered under 200 for a ring package i paid 1700 for.. went elsewhere and got 450... he tries to inform you he knows better than you do and tries to tell you all about the market he knows nothing of.. go elsewhere
