I cannot recommend Samantha and her team at Universal Chung Wah Funeral home enough. They were understanding, sympathatic and accommodating to all our needs, tradition and custom. I would highly recommend Samantha for her professionalism and service during this difficult time for me and my family.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing a truly exceptional service. Our father was in palliative care at the time and I had initially called to make some enquiries and arranged to meet Mai the next day. Unfortunately he passed that evening. From the moment I called stepped through the doors and walked into the office, Mai was fantastic. I didn’t really know what to do, what to expect, the forms and Mai walked us through the entire process, the options, we completed the forms together and explained every step of the way. Mai had us covered from all the details even up to the day she covered the incense pot because the temple staff had forgotten and calling the temples to make enquiries. Everything was efficient and she gave us so much confidence in times of despair and when our minds are blank.The service was well organised, the staff displayed unwavering compassion and professionalism. They seamlessly attended to every detail, ensuring a seamless and dignified farewell for our loved one. I cannot recommend this funeral parlour enough for their impeccable service and genuine care especially Mai Kim Dang! She was a star!

Having used their service in January, i was greeted by the Lovely Samantha with a warm friendly gesture and exceptional customer service.Samantha has made me feel at ease through these difficult time and going through the funeral process has been a breeze with her.She has gone above and beyond with her service and i highly recommend dealing with Samantha and her team.She showed true and genuine value of care, responsiveness and ownership and above and beyond customer service.These value mean a lot and i give the tick of approval and will definitely recommend her and the team services in the future.Hands down the best from the west, if they cant hep you, no one can.

Universal Chung wah has been serving the community as far back as the first boat people arrived in the area. They were respectful and knowledgeable in arranging all the required services.They planned and arranged everything as required and understood customs and settings for all cultures. They have packages and are reasonably priced. They will cover the service from the beginning to the end.The area was clean and well presented.They offered a range of services to cover all funeral arrangements and offer a myriad of payment options from cash to credit card and Zip pay. The preferred payment is cash and BPay as it does not incur a surcharge.

Mai and her team were very respectful and understanding during what was a very stressful and emotionally heightened time. They gave my father the perfect farewell, and I'm grateful for the patience extended to my family.
