What a great experience for me! This is my first time to LCA Airport West for my skin and injectable consultation and treatment. I met Charlotte for my skin treatment, her professional manner put my nerve to ease on the skin needling and the result is unbelievable. At the same time I have had a consultation with nurse Nick, he was very professional and knowledgeable to discuss with the treatment options as well as my treatment planning, he displayed great knowledge with the product and techniques! I am a happy customer!

I had an amazing experience with Stephanie, she went above and beyond to make feel comfortable and answered all my questions - five starts for the service.The reason why I have put three starts is because of the policy around not being able for book with the same person again. I don’t understand the reason for that and I believe having the same person do the treatment every time makes me feel comfortable and this will make me want to return as a customer.

I had such a good experience at Airport West with Steph on Friday 19/6/20 and I will continue to go back due to the friendliness and the way they made me feel comfortable with my whole laser appointment from the moment I walked in and the girl at the front greeted me with a big smile and kindness and then Steph also had good knowledge about future treatments that I may look into.Really appreciate the great customer service, keep up the smiles and good work :)

I went to Airport west clinic for the first time last week and I’d give them more than 5 starts if there was an option to do so! The staff is highly skilled and their customer service is excellent! I am so glad that I finally found the best beauty clinic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Incredible staff! No matter who you get to do your treatment its always a comfortable experience. The staff are always lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Its not an experience that you walk into and feel pressured to buy, book again or try something that isn't what you went in for. They are deserving of the 5 stars every single time I walk out. Thanks for making it so easy to always leave feeling more confident.

Worst customer service ever!!I turned up for my appointment to be told I was late and that my treatment could not be completed. I was then told I was rude because of my shocked and confused response to not being able to be treated at my booked time. Apparently this is the level of service you receive when having spent literally thousands of dollars at this business!! Beyond disappointing!

This is not airport west fault. It’s Laser Clinics head office. Asked a simple question of how much Botox was per unit. Everyone has a unit price. Emails back and forth saying I had to come in for a consultation to determine. I am not asking how much for entire face. I am asking how much per unit! Very frustrating.
