Adam was extremely professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and undertook the work needed in a very timely manner. The service was conducted under warranty and his attitude and service was far superior to what I have experienced at the Apple store. Will definitely be going back to him should the need arise in the future.

Adam was extremely helpful when my MacBook had major issues right around the end of Uni semester and managed to get me through till the end. Handed my laptop back in as soon as I had finished and it was repaired within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend taking any apple products into Mac1 for service and repairs.

Recently we had a flickering screen problem with a 2015 iMac (2 weeks out of warranty) spoke to Apple direct and were told to take it to Mac1 Service North Lakes. Spoke with Adam from Mac1 Service about the problem and after checking the computer out over several days and us supplying videos of the problem to Mac1 Service the computer was diagnosed as requiring a new logic board and display. With Adam's assistance we approached Apple again asking for a one time out of warranty replacement parts which to our delight Apple came to the party. Took my macbook in because it wasn't starting properly and was told it would cost $1000 without even looking at it or running diagnostics to actually see what the problem was and pretty much told to buy a new one. Left feeling pretty annoyed.
