We were delighted with the service from Taylor Fencing. Our fence looks amazing and the office team kept us in the loop so we always knew what to expect. They were highly responsive and were great getting our fence up quickly and efficiently. We will be going back to them when we're ready to build our front fence too.

Rick from Taylor Fencing put up a fence at the rear this morning. No fuss, and obviously Rick takes pride in getting it right - a rare trait. I've asked Taylor's to quote on a front fence now.

Excellent company to deal with, all costs quoted clearly. Our fence posed a few difficulties which were quickly sorted out with minimal extra costs from original quote. Workmanship was excellent and job completed in record time. Communication with office staff was excellent and tradesmen doing the work were faultless. Exceptional engagement and the end result is fantastic.The whole process was well managed starting with the quote process, with a number of calls from Taylor Fencing to ensure the quote was still valid, this was great! Once approval was provided there was great follow up to plan timing and requirements for installation, with the posts and pailings going in very quickly and completing the job with excellent result. Taylor's was great to deal with, and very patient. It took a while to get ourselves organised to go ahead, but they didn't put any pressure on us. Adam was our installer, and we could not speak more highly of his friendliness, professionalism, and excellent fence building skills. He did a stunning job! Five stars to Adam!!

Amazing staff, the quote was real fast, the lady who came to my property was straight forward and very friendly.The boys did an amazing job for my fence, nearly 37m. And was done in such a fast time. Would definitely recommend Taylor Fencing. Even my local council suggested them and said they often worked with Taylor fencing for a long time.Would definitely be coming back for future fencing jobs :)))

Dealing with Taylor Fencing was stress free and very easy. They did a lot of the leg work, quick with the quote and kept me informed and really wanted the job. The fencer they sent worked non stop in the pouring rain!!! and was a really happy with a cheerful disposition. I would recommend them to anyone as they did a good job, from quote, to office staff, to the guy who did the fence A+++

We tried contacting a few fencing company for quote but Taylor by far is the most responsive and helpful one. We couldn't bother to get another quote from other fencing company that either take ages to come back (or never response) or don't answer our questions. Mick their quotation manager I believe is very helpful and patience, he helped us to sort out our neighbour who initially refused to let us repair the fence. The only disappointing things is that the fence was build shorter than required height which we have to follow up to sort the issue out in order to get our occupancy permit. The experience been positive so far, customer service, professional help, except final product that wasn't quite at the height. I've to clarify that this is mainly due to the fence was build a little deeper under the ground, not because Taylor fencing gave us a shorter fence.
