They gave me cold fries and it took over 30 minutes for my burger. Fast food more like slow food. They need to update their system too. Never coming here again. I don’t recommend

I forget how the chicken tasted. But I did get a bunch of relgious propaganda which was funny. We were scared to go in the game room, some frightening men intimidated us.Also we had to enter through the toilet, what's that about?Much love

This HJ outlet appears to be built in an existing building. The counter takes up a small section on the back wall. The dining section was large but did not have the usual quality finish, with various types chairs and tables. Cleaning equipment was stored in a corner. A games room adjoined, filled with a number of arcade games. My partner complained that his Whopper was cold. I found the lettuce and tomato in my burger cold, but the rest of it was hot enough. The staff was very helpful, including one in training.

Those young girls there Saturday Morning. Have no idea how to look after truck drivers. I stop here every Saturday on way home for breakfast. My 1 and only perk for the week. 3 of us went in. The service was rubbish. Ordered a meal that came with sauce. The one sauce was no where enough. I ordered the big size meal. They then said that's 50cents extra. I couldn't believe it. I said iv already paid for the meal. I said every other HJ place gives me 2. The girl by the cookers turned and snapped said NO. You pay 50cents. Us drivers looked at each other and couldn't believe it. This place is going to the packs. Young people. My meal cost almost 30dollars. The same for the other 2. This place and there attitude are just f%#*d. No respect for people. No respect for truck drivers that stop there daily.

Might just be Australia’s worst HJ, dirty, cold food and no sauce in our burgers.Weird religious propaganda near the counter. They had no chips, no onion rings, no grilled chicken and no rebel Pattie’s.But staff were nice and friendly

Coffee tasted like water, pancake wasvery dry and it was hard to find a clean table. We cleaned the table ourselves. It was not a pleasant experience.

Probably the worst hungry jacks I've ever been to.The building is so outdated and they store their buns in a public area near the bathrooms.Couldn't read our order correctly and omitted cheese we paid for on our burgers, as well as ketchup packets that were clearly stated on the receipts. They were struggling to keep up with orders so we didn't bother to ask to rectify.

The food here is really bad. This is my worst hj experience. I never tasted a cold ‘sticky date pudding’ and I received this order just 5 mins after placing and ate immediately in the store, but still cold. On top of that, the toilets are not clean and out of toilet paper. All the rubbish bins in and out of the store and completely filled and overflowing and I also noticed the bins placed outside from other building for rubbish truck. So, the manager clearly they did not even care to take the rubbish out.

Did not eat at Gundagai HJ. Used amenities first, that was enough for us. Pure filth. Are you not embarrassed about the condition the bathrooms are in!?! We didn't think twice about leaving without eating. Absolutely disgusting. Needs serious attention.

Just a stop on the freeway. I wish we could have some more there, and this stop should provide more options for food. Have clean toilets, play arena for kids, enough space to sit, and don't have to wait for long to get an order. However, sometimes it's too busy, and we dont get better service. But all in all, I had great experience. All youngsters working hard over those weekends.
