I won't use another van hire business in the GV. The vehicle exceeded expectations for a hire van, and the pricing was competitive. Just make sure you mention to your customers that you're going to include the $20 insurance excess charge on top of the agreed fee, or at the very least give the option before you apply that charge to the invoice.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Goodfellows Rental & Storage Solutions.Matt was able to provide a Renault Van at the last minute & really looked after me regarding price & included kilometres.When I went to collect I was greeted by Sandy behind the counter who was friendly & welcoming. Sandy went through the rental agreement & I was provided a copy of the agreement when I took the keys which detailed all charges.Andrew took me around the vehicle to ensure any marks or scratches had been noted before leaving the premises. Andrew also took the time and went over the operation of the Renault automatic gearbox which was helpful as I had never driven a Renault before.I did just shy of 800 kilometres and was absolutely amazed at the fuel consumption.I received excellent service, a great price & a quality vehicle.Will never go past these guys when another vehicle is required. Keep up the great work.
