Visited Ross this morning. Had some business pants for work I needed hemmed up and taken in. Had my pants back 2 hours later. Very fast, reliable and very well priced!

The last time I rely on online reviews alone. Charged $50 for what looks like a $20 job at most. Had a suit altered, sleeves too long. The guy suggested to just chop end of sleeve, my bad to have trusted his judgement. It cheapened the look of it. Did buy a relatively inexpensive suit, reason for not wanting to spend a lot to alter. In the end a Kmart or Target suit looked like an Armani next to mine.

Family business run by a lovely elderly couple. Very professional quality stitching - couldn't be happier with the end result - neat and tidy plus I was given a discount as they reckoned the work shouldn't warrant the standard rate I was initially quoted. I found this very honest of them and they've just earned themselves a regular customer! Thank you Mr & Mrs Ross.

Ross is an absolute gem. He seems like one of the rare few individuals from an older generation that isn't interested in ripping you off, and despite the humble cost of his services, he still does a great job.
