The guys at app tech were sensational. My laptop was a few days out of warranty and they took the initiative to call and have my repairs fixed under warranty which I was so thankful for. Highly recommend!

I took my Mac in today and the tech meticulously worked on it until it was fixed & last time I was having issues they were also great. Professional, friendly and efficient.

Called today to find out if they’d be able to help me fix an issue I was having- David was so helpful! He was able to tell me exactly what to do over the phone and it was fixed within 30 seconds. I had googled the issue beforehand with no luck and was not expecting an over-the-phone fix. Great customer service, thank you David! Will be back for sure if anything else arises.

I never normally write reviews but I had to this time because these guys are truly amazing! They went above and beyond to get my MacBook Pro battery replaced within just a few days when all other places I enquired with told me it’d take 5–10 days. I was quite stressed about these repairs as I work from home and need my laptop, but the guys were wonderful at keeping me up to date with how the repairs were tracking which was very much appreciated.After they saved my laptop (and my life), I had some further charging issues and Michael and David were amazing in doing everything they could to make sure I had a working charger asap (like, they had a solution for me in just a couple of hours!!).I will absolutely be going back here if I ever need repairs again. Absolute legends.
