We had a good drive-through experience. We did order hot n spicey and got regular chicken, but it was still great chicken.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with how I was treated by the staff at the drive through! Ordered to boxed meals and half the items were missing. I drove back through and was told by a younger lady that was working there, to speak up next time I order! This KFC has not trained there staff on customer service at all and it needs to be better! I will not be returning!

One of the most consistently bad kfc stores. Staff are all ways confused and poorly trained. Food quality is very hot n cold on what you get. Accuracy of order 50%. We live across the road and still try and avoid this store but always remember why we avoid this store after every visit. Adult supervision is what this place needs. To top it off tonight I was told by an angry young boy behind the counter that next time I order from the app I must tell them I’m in store or my order will not be made. When I questioned him on how my name way on the screen under the order being prepared section he said that doesn’t matter and then I said on the app I have to tap on a button that says I’m in store and then I get a screen on the app to say thank you we are preparing your order. He then had no come back and once again said tell us you are hear next time or you don’t get your order and walked off. I then said thank you have a nice day thinking I might get some manners back. But no. KFC do not train their staff to say please and thank you. I won’t go on about how they got my order wrong on this visit. Google really need a zero star button.

Ordered today for 6 wings and chips.. the wings were pretty old and very hard on my teeth wouldn’t order from here again THOUGH they did help me with a voucher to get my order again free of charge

How do delievery drivers have to consistently wait 20 mins for fast food. All these places are the same.The only good KFC where you wait 5 mins for Fast food is Miami KFC.This store also never picks up the phone when you call them. Why is that? How do you run a business where you don't pick up the store phone.Customer Service & Communication is also very average.

Shocking manners ( blonde young girl with pig tails)Nothing left to order ran out of chicken @ 9.30pm at night.Appalling actually! I wouldn't give them 1 star!The worst customer service ever.Get her off the drive through.

Multiple visits.. if they haven't run out of food and can't sell you what u want chances are it will be overcooked anyway.. drive the extra 5mins to Miami KFC and thank me later..

Picked up a tender strip combo at the drive through last week - drove a few kilometres before opening to eat. The chips were edible and the drink was cold. The chicken tenders were not tender and discarded to the nearest rubbish bin after taking the attached photo. Had to give one star - would have preferred to give zero. Also attached photo of advert for tenders.

Waited 30min for hot n spicy chicken in a family meal. Took it home and realised they haven't added chicken. Just nuggets and chips. Took it back guy said sorry but they have a large order and can't serve me straightaway. Finally manager lady asked me to wait another 15 min so I can have my chicken. Sometimes i wonder why I'm keep coming back. Service is poor also seems they don't care
