Excellent service, specially Mr. Sam did my car very well, there were too many tree scrap on my car and he make it totally brand new, highly recommended, polite and helpful staff

Avoid at all costs not only do they not do a good job but they try to rip you off by telling you that your car is extra dirty and requires an upcharge. Then after some arguing they decided no extra charge but did a half job and scratched my car.Plenty of great car wash places within 1km radius id recommend over this bunch of thieves.

Rude and will try to rip you off. Asked for the $50 wash and they tried to charge $80. This place is a scam, avoid at ALL costs. I went to Reni's car wash down the road and they did a great job and didn't try over charge.

An absolute not so good place to spend nearly $100 for a wash vacuum clean up. They starts with $65 and add on 15 for sand / 15 wipe seats then a half dome job useless bunch of people running this place.

Do not bother go there, the guy looks like the owner wanted to charge $40 extra because he told me my car was dirty. Isn’t it the whole point of washing a car? From reading others review, it looks like they put a lower price on the sign to attract customer and makeup a surcharge when you are there.

Don’t even bother coming here.Had a $72 platinum car wash voucher and they wanted to charge me $110 the reasoning was your car is too dirty.What’s the point of having a car wash.

One price on the website (Platinum service, $55) and when I show up they want nearly 3 times as much. I left to go elsewhere.The small car was very dirty, and I would be happy to pay more, but I believe that the price should be settled upon at the outset, not haggled in person.2 stars as the people working the car wash sounded like they had no control over the website and also because I paid nearly the same amount they were asking somewhere else. At least the refund via PayPal was easy.Please set reasonable pricing at the outset. Charge a fair price up front and people will be happy to pay it.

A pretty sub-standard job of washing the inside and outside of my car; one of the worst I've been to around the local area and there are heaps of other options around Alexandria, Waterloo, Mascot and Tempe.There were dirty cloth marks all over the exterior and interior (bits of pilling from the cloths), and a lot of the surfaces were not properly cleaned whatsoever.As per heaps of the other comments here, the 'operator' made a comment about how dirty my car which I have no idea what the point of was (that's why I'm bringing my car to a carwash...) and overall a rude and arrogant service.I definitely would neither recommend or return here. It's a shame, because the prior operator offered an excellent service at much more reasonable prices.

Very bad results for 65$ car wash.Unimpressive, sand is still everywhere in the car, and very obvious.The interior dash, must have been wiped with dirty cloth, swirl marks are everywhere.Too expensive for the results.The previous owner of the car wash in the same spot was much cleaner and cheaper.The staff handed me the keys after the car wash wasn’t even interested in checking if the results was good.
