Steve let me down badly. Having agreed to an installation 3 weeks in advance and knowing I needed the installation done on one of four days of his choosing, he didn’t turn up. There was no communication. Rather than saying he had changed his mind about doing the job and hencegiving me the chance to get someone else to do it, he let my calls go to voicemail, didn’t return any, and ignored SMS’s. Disgraceful behaviour. The result being we had to go away on our camping trip without a fridge.

We have been very happy with Steve's extensive work on our storm water and cold water systems on our property. Steve has provided a professional level of service, very clear with his communication, polite, responsive and happy to provide advice and recommendations if requested. Steve came out within the hour to investigate a water leak causing a high water bill. The main water line had a leak underground under the garage concrete slab. Steve was able to come out the next day and renew the mains from the front meter and get us up and running again. Extremely high quality finish of job and very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with outcome and would highly recommend, thanks again Steve.

Steve is great. Good professional service. Answered promptly and came as soon as was practical. Fixed my hot water service and the charges were very reasonable. We had a hiccup but he returned as soon as I called, found the issue which was not his fault, fixed it and did not charge for the return call. Very happy. Recommended.
