I brought my dog Frankie in for her first groom and the staff at Laundry Mutt could not have taken better care of her! From the moment we arrived they were so friendly and when I picked her up she was very happy and the groom looked great. They had taken great care to make sure her first grooming experience was a positive one. I will definitely be back for her next groom and I’d highly recommend Laundry Mutt to others

GREAT place! These legends have the midas touch!They left my sweetheart Nellie smelling like roses.The old bloke is a bit eccentric but great for a chat. He made personal comments about my shorts and a spot of dirt on my schnozz, which fortunately allowed me to remove the dirt and move on with my day.Nellie has been twice now.

Lovely staff, great selection of treats, food, leads etc. too.Took the extra time to keep my nervous rescue calm during her grooming

As a new puppy owner, I visited this store for the first time on 10th Jan 22 for a few supplies. Never before had I felt the need to storm out of a store until encountering the unnecessarily rude and obnoxious elderly man behind the counter. I asked a simple question hoping for advice and was yelled at. Honestly can't believe someone with a business would speak to their customers like he did. I would AVOID this store at all costs.

I have been a customer of Laundrymutt for about 3 years and I really enjoy taking my dog there for grooming and the DIY bath service. The owners and staff are always pleasant and helpful and genuinely care about the animals. The quality of grooming is the best I have experiences and over the years I have taken my dog to 10 or more groomers/washers and paid a lot more for an underwhelming service and result. Small business' like these need to be supported as their service and level of care always outweighs the big franchise store models. Keep up the good work Laundrymutt team!

Had possibly the worst retail experience with the older male Nick. Went in for something, didn’t help at all when asked about it. When going up to pay then proceeded to go on a condescending rant about what I’m feeding my dog, tell me I’m mistreating my dog by feeding it what was recommended by my vet and breeder. Then after he was finished with that told me I shouldn’t have picked my dog up until 10 weeks not 8. Will be avoiding, wish I’d read the previous reviews before shopping there. Do not recommend, let the man go out of business.

What a fabulous family run business! My dogs love going there for a regular wash, they are kelpies and the team do such a good professional job. Great range of dog toys, worming tablets and different wet and dry dog foods. Easy parking right out the front nice ventilated shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Please bother. I saw some less than positive reviews and felt inclined to respond with my long overdue review and gratitude for this small family owned business. My wife and I were new to Melbourne and jumped on the idea to get a dog. They provided us with great advice as new pet parents, steering us to the best quality dog food and pet supplies. They’re daughter loves our pup as her own and has acted as an incredible dog sitter, allowing us to continue to explore this new city. Thanks team. I love the family environment. Our dog can’t walk past without saying hello!

Not surprised - but seems my recent review has been removed - par for course for this terrible place - they were rude, incompetent, over priced and just plain cruel to my dog. They shaved her of almost all her hair, she had cuts to her body and was bleeding when I collected her. They said she was matted but she had been brushed prior to this grooming". Not even sure that she had been. washed. The owner and his daughter suggested I did not know how to look after my dog. Never take your dog to this terrible place."

Picked my dog up from what looks like the pound rather than a groomers!!!! She’s a bichon x shih tzu so should be fluffy and this place have just completely shaved off all her hair, devastating! Her legs were red and she had cuts on her toes. I shouldn’t have left her there after having a rude encounter with the male worker who was very aggressive trying to sell me dog food and telling me what I currently feed my dog he wouldn’t even feed chickens.. ok! He clearly knows nothing and his daughter even less about how to groom a dog! Would definitely not recommend this place unless you want awful customer service, your dog to be there for more than 4 hours, and to pay over $120 for them to shave your dog terribly.
