Baylife Apartments

Baylife is one of the worst places we ever have had to endure in our lives. We moved to it from the beautiful sunny coast for study reasons,,,,from day one of moving into this property it was a nightmare, fleas galore, it was disgraceful, and we were told to just use flea bombs , our dog got sick alot here, having seizures, costing us a fortune, we have been away from this hideously deceptive place since Jan and our dog has not been sick once, he is back to being vibrantly healthy, we had drug addicts living next door to us, I woke up one night to my mirrors fallen from the wall on me because they were always yelling screaming and banging things, but the manager claimed there was noone else there lol we lived next door, we werent seeing things, dont think they were ghosts lol, we had another tenant driectly across from us that was always drunk and this manager would do nothing about her being so loud, abusive, allowing her dog to roam free in a bbq area of the complex without supervision, peeing and pooping everywhere and barking all the time, he also said that he found her drunk up the road asleep in the bushes and just left her there and another time she fell over drunk in the complex driveway yet he said to us he was giving her a good reference to get her out of there, that didnt eventuate for months, so she got a good reference for being the way she is, and we were not even allowed to break our lease, we had to fight for it it was a nightmare, no sleep,, no peace, no help from the onsight manager, just lies from him , we kept documentation of all dealings with this this man , including email and verbal, he wouldnt even let us out of our lease , then he lied to his boss about how things really were and we had a meeting with his boss , this man obviously believed the manager as they do, and then proceeded to belittle me a female, disgraceful treatment , we were away camping during January I had asked for the lawn to be mowed , it didnt get done so I asked why and when would it be done as the lawn was long, the manager came down and knocked on our door and abused me , swearing at me etc, we took photos of that too and of him a couple of days later mowing other residents lawns but still not ours, I could go on and on with the list of complaints i have about this place, I would not recommened anyone who has standards and morals to go live in these apartments with this manager managing their property, he will tell you this,,,its a fact, i am just bricks and mortar , I do not manager the property, yet he is the one that we had to see to fill out the application in the first place to live there, I am a person that was highly respected in my last rental of 7 years , and I am grateful that i have their support to this day, this man and this place, truly lives up to the area it is situated in,,,,deception bay ,,,,baylife is truly deceptive , unfortunately i had to click on a star, but this place is far from worthy of any stars

God Awful place loud neighbours who yell about gear" and "crack" incompetent landlords and the place is falling apart its really not worth how expensive it is especially in a town like Deception Bay Don't make the mistake of moving into this nightmare"
