Not so professional we used to get hardly any reply for our emails. She didn't apply for the stamp duty refund and suggested we should do after building and it will cost us more when we were already paying twice as much. So we went with other Convencer and got refund in weeks.she didn't even bother to send us any greeting email after final settlement.so we were really disappointed as we were wondering what is the final step for us. Never recommend to anyone. No star rating.

I can highly recommend Cameron Forster at Schembri Carlton for his services in an Employment Law dispute. His knowledge skills, advice, great care and interest in helping was so extraordinarily good and certainly second to none.I would suggest you do yourself a great favour and see Cameron for assistance.

I urge people to read google reviews before even making contact with Business 's. I had a phone call returned from these people 2 days after leaving a message. Receptionist professional, Senior Lawyer not.Bad advice not interested case (even though brief profile on website shows she does) and exorbitant fees. This was one of 3 that was recommended by Victorian Law Institute I didn't go with any of them. Do your home, no need for any person/firm to be a Member of VLI. But I certainly wouldn't recommend this company given the advice I was given.

Alicia Robson-Garth did a great job helping me to sell my property. There were a few tricky legal issues with this it and she helped me navigate them smoothly. Her communication was responsive, clear and professional at all times. At critical points she worked on past business hours to make sure it went well. Through all this Alicia was frendly upbeat and personable. I recomend her services to you.

Jessica McCrohan and Wendy Maitland-Smith are assets to the Schembri and Co team. Jessica was responsive, explained all legal matters clearly, was upfront regarding costs, and was highly competent in court. I highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS. Do yourself a favour and do not appoint these lawyers unless you want everything to go wrong. I've never had a settlement go so wrong in my life thanks to Schembri & Co Lawyers and I've been through plenty. They we're appointed by the vendor in a recent transaction, I brought forward the settlement date, both parties agreed to this in writing, they were given 60 days notice of the change and somehow blamed me for the settlement not going ahead when they knew exactly what date we both agreed too. I received 5 settlement dates from them in the end after they missed our agreed to date. 5th times a charm with Schembri & Co. To be fair maybe they are just terrible at property transactions upon reading other reviews... Either way approach with caution. In my personal experience, they are TERRIBLE.

Their staff were always readily available to answer any questions and were extremely organised with meticulous detail.I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using their service again in the future.

We were impressed by the person who we first met. However, she went on holidays and the man who took over from her was incompetent and did not give us any confidence that he would do a good job. We were concerned about his efforts right up until the day of settlement.
