Fell in love with the nissan qashqai ti lovely car grant was very helpful

Great service, friendly staff

Took vehicle in for a scheduled service, advised of some items that were not right. Items were inspected and I was charged additional for the extra specific items that were not covered by capped price service and warranty. Was quoted one price over the phone. When I was at the counter I got told that the price did not include installation and was charged further. I paid this took the vehicle away. Issue returnes. Went back and they said they would look at. But couldn't be today, I said that's OK, booked for another day. Dropped vehicle off, received a phone call saying that additional works were needed and this would cost me more money. Agreed just to get it sorted but will not be returning there.

After some fairly average customer service and some seriously poor knowledge of my vehicle, Nissan Australia instructed me to go to a different dealership. Charged a lot for work that was not completed. Vehicle was taken out of dealership in a worse condition and taken to a different Nissan dealership.

I had a great experience buying from this dealership. Greg was friendly and helpful and professional every step of the way. He even did some overtime to allow for my out of town purchase. I am extremely happy with my lovely Nissan Juke thank you Greg!

Hi Team,I just wanted to share my recent experience with Nissan Bunbury.My neighbour lost his car-radio code and couldn’t get his radio going after a battery change.We contacted another Nissan dealer who told us the radio is obsolete and they can’t retrieve the code but he can sell us one for $800 to $1000 fitted. Not the best customer service I guess.After our previous experience we reluctantly contacted Nissan Bunbury but to our surprise we obviously found the best customer service in the area. After 1 phone call & 1 email with the necessary info and 3 hours later we received the code. We locked the code in and it worked.We would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Cindy and the team.We experienced real customer service for a change but this is obviously what one still gets in a semi-rural town.No wonder that we highly recommend Nissan Bunbury because their service is unbeatable.
