Soul Athletic Club

An amazing gym to go to every day! Well done to team Soul for creating such a stunning space with clean, modern equipment. More importantly, the staff are welcoming and friendly instead of intimidating or pretentious like some other gyms. As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted with a welcoming smile! Their ice bath and saunas facilities are truly second to none and I utilise these regularly for recovery. It is in an easy location even for Eastern suburbs trekkers and I can't praise this gym enough. Recommend to all!

I don't usually jump on here and drop a review unless I am having a great experience or the opposite. So, this one is a good one!The club is filled with absolute Legends! Stuff is super friendly and, I assure you all, they’ll do their best to make you happy!Great facility, quality equipments and most importantly very clean. Overall, it makes workouts much more pleasant!

Best kept secret in Cremorne just up from the Mercedes Benz shop. This is one of those places you don't really want to recommend to anyone just so you can keep it to yourself.The gym has enough free weights and machines for a full workout, a plunge pool, sauna and golf driving range in a Tardis like space. Super friendly staff like Lou, who really do make you feel like part of the family and a cafe run by Ash with smoothies, protein shakes and snacks to boost you after a session. Ash's coffee is also possibly the best in the local area and she's always up for a chat about anything that's on your mind while she creates her culinary delights.If you're looking for a gym or even a cafe, check them out.

Excellent gym!!! Went to try gym today, super impressed with the selection of equipment and the layout of the space. 100 times better than where I currently train and way cheaper. The staff are lovely and welcoming and ash on the coffee machine is a weapon.

Loved it here!! Great range of kit, nice layout and good location. The staffs were so helpful in getting us the best priced membership option.Very clean changing facilities and shower/bathrooms.Always a decent workout with lovely management at Soul Athletic Club. And the cafe is 10/10

I love this gym. Perfect location, nice layout with a very good range of equipment. Also, it is a PT free and class-free place where you can enjoy the most of self-training. The gym’s also equipped with Infrared Sauna, Finnish Sauna and Cold Plunge facilities. If you want to have a decent experience with a decent gym, come and try Soul Athletic Club.

This is a great new gym! Well equipped with a broad range of weights and cardio machines, and a good free weights section. The gym is clean and well maintained. The shower facilities etc are great. And the staff are just lovely! Always a smile, and quick and efficient dealing with any enquiry or issue. Plus is great value for money.

Small but Mighty, Soul has everything you need!Plenty of cardio machine from watt bikes, to stair climbers and of course a few treadmills.And plenty of new machines as well as 3 squat racks.Also a nice little sled track, plus a few machine for those looking to do some CrossFit training.They also have a fantastic sauna and cold plunge room, and infrared saunas.The best thing they have is a golf simulator, which definitely has helped my game along.But also apart from having awesome equipment , they staff are great always friendly and helpful.Plus the change room is nice, with an awesome shower.Post gym smoothies there are top notch.Soul Athletic Club, is one of the best I’ve been too in Sydney by a country mile

Soul Athletic is awesome! It has the latest modern equipment and is never over crowded. The saunas and golf simulator make it truly unique compared to all other nearby gyms and all at the best price. The staff are great and also serve great coffee!Could not recommend it highly enough

Have loved working out at Soul Athletic! The team are all so friendly and the gym is really well set up - lots of equipment and room to move. The saunas, golf simulator and ice bath all look amazing as well.
