Fantastic variety with beautiful and friendly staff to help you with your needs. They stock everything except the kitchen sink. I give them a ☆☆☆☆and half ☆ rating.

The shop manager showed disgusting behaviour, very rude, arragogent and assuming incorrectly without proof. This is completely unacceptable customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless you want to be falsely accused, humiliated and insulted in public by the shop owner. It is a 0 star store but it will not let me do that in my review.

The shop is very big but they try and cram a lot in small spaces which means it's prone to over crowding. The store gave off a negative give with the scent of cheap candles. The price to blow up 1 helium balloon of standard size was $7.... This is daylight robbery, with the store clerk justifying it as that 'helium is expensive'.. yeah but not that experience.. will not shop here again for my party needs.

Found the lady at the counter very unhelpful and not willing to sell me a product because of her false understanding of how light globes work. A sale/customer loss due to a bad/know it all attitude.

My 3 year old got given a very cute moon hanging light that he loved and used for bed time from this shop. When my 1 year old broke it I called them to replace it, as my 3 year will be devastated when he finds out. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Very disappointing.

What do they not have here??? Shop for household items, gifts or just treat yourself. Always worth a wander in here.

I came in a few weeks ago looking for a birthday present for a friend’s 21st - I didn’t feel like there were many gift options to suit my needs initially, but the cashier with the short hair was super friendly and helped point me towards the perfect gift (a Virgo print in a nice frame!) while being super warm and welcoming - she made my day! The store was super crowded with things and had a bit of a “old lady musky soap” smell so I was starting to lose hope about finding the right gift, but then the cashier asked if I needed help with anything and somehow managed to find something perfect from amongst the rubble. I’m really lucky she really seemed to know what I wanted and saved the day - I’m so incredibly thankful for such great customer service!

Full of beautiful homewares and gifts. If you're looking for something special this place is definitely worth a visit.
