Wifey had the salmon and I had the steak. The meal was good with a few outstanding bits (the cowboy butter was excellent). Kids got to try dr. Pepper with they enjoyed.Service was very good, waitress was very attentive with food and drinks. We will be back

As soon as you step into this restaurant, you forget that you're in Springwood. Absolutely loved the American retro pub decor. The menu had me drooling so I picked the 18 hour brisket. Was delicious! They also had another menu for bourbons , moonshine etc. So much variety to choose from!The service and wait staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Had dinner there last night. Definitely don’t believe the one star reviews they are complete rubbish. This establishment is a hidden gem. Food and drink are ridiculously cheap compared to other places. Portion sizes are extremely generous for the cost. Service by our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the great experience, we will return and spread the word. I wish you were more visible like on a main road. I forgot to mention how authentic the food was. The desserts (we had the Cherry pie) was such a nice change from all the frozen commercial cakes you see at every cafe. Thanks again!

The American Bourbon Bar & Grill
This place is kind of tucked away but got surprisingly busy on a weekday night. We tried some garlic bread, chicken wings, pork belly and ribs. Service was friendly and I quite liked the ribs though hubby thought they could have been saucier. The pork belly was dry for me and other items were ok but not outstanding. I did find the cocktails here to be a bargain.

We came for the bourbon and were not disappointed. There is a great variety to choose from. The meals we tried were delicious, though they took a while to arrive. The service was friendly and efficient, too. I liked the decor as well. Will probably come back to try the ribs and the wings... And more bourbons!

Our first time dining here and we were not sure what to expect from the outside. The street is quite industrial and far from fancy, or even a place you'd expect a restaurant. But when we got inside, we immediately noticed the cool decor and that quickly put a smile on our faces.The menu is not extensive, but had a good selection and certainly not overwhelming.The food was delicious, and my husband said it was one of the best burgers he's had for a while. I loved my chicken burger. There was a good amount of spice to it too.The wait staff were very enthusiastic and helpful as well.We are glad to have gone and gave it a go. It's certainly a pleasant surprise.

Amazing dinner experience at this little American style bar! Such a quaint little spot in a hotel with classic American automotive culture styling, it was like being in an authentic American diner.The service from the ladies who showed us to our tables and looked after us was excellent.Now for the food: it was amazing! The wings were succulent and the burgers we got were juicy and supersized (biggest cheeseburger I've ever had!) with crispy chips on the side.

Food, WOW!! Service, AMAZING!! Atmosphere and decor, FANTASTIC!!... I don't normally leave reviews but we were all so impressed with our whole experience here I felt the need to share. Before even setting foot in the place, Steven was kind enough to accomodate our late booking for 15 people for my nephews 18th. Right from the moment we arrived the lovely young girl (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) who greeted, seated then served us, was bubbly, attentive and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she did it all with a smile. What a great asset to you guys. Then the food came. OMG! Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE (including my fussy mother) was so impressed. There was a moment of silence (which is something that doesn't happen often at my family gatherings) as we all started digging in. After a couple of minutes, all up and down the table you could hear you gotta try this, no you gotta try THIS lol. We had everything from the deliciously sweet and smoky bbq ribs, that literally just fell off the bone, to the sky-high Trump tower (my dad's eyes bugged out and he didn't even know where to begin haha) to the deliciously cheesey philly cheese steak and Mac daddy to the melt in your mouth black opal sirloin and all that's in between. Then to top it off, the whole crew came out to sing happy birthday to my nephew. We can't wait to come back and make our way through their entire menu. I wish I could give this place more stars because they definitely deserve it. THANK YOU AGAIN to everyone that works there, you made a GREAT night happen for us all xx

The American Bourbon Bar & Grill
Absolutely delicious food and lovely service! The brisket was the best meal by far, followed by the Mac and cheese. Bit of a wait for food considering we were the only people there, but definitely worth it. We did order quite a bit of food. We will be returning!
