Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Appointment was cancelled twice and I recieved no follow up to reschedule. After calling the salon multiple times the phone was finally picked up and I was placed on hold and forgotten about! When I finally managed to speak to someone about my appointment it was nearly impossible to find an available time, even though I had made the original appointment months prior. As a business owner myself, I understand staff issues happen from time to time, but the lack of customer care and follow up was very disappointing. I won't be going back.

Explained that I wanted to go dark & was then told what I should do, which I found strange seeing as though I’m paying for the service. Then on the way out wasn’t sure how to turn off the dryer in the spray tanning room and was met with a dry comment “haven’t you had a spray tan before?” And had to explain myself saying I’ve never been shown how to turn off the dryer/machine. The spray tan didn’t turn out well either. Don’t recommend

Amazing spray tan, great price and highly recommend. Only criticism is the website said the express tan only took 3 hours but lady said “the website’s wrong” and it needed to be left on 4 hours.
