Holistic Approach Counselling and Psychotherapy
I was referred to Chad two months ago and have had counselling sessions with him weekly since. He is non-judgemental, empathetic, and most of all relatable, while maintaining proffessional discretion. He has a genuine ability which has allowed me to identify and change negative thought patterns, as well as enabled me to develop insight and further perspective. He has been extremely flexible in regards to appointments. I cannot recommend Chad highly enough.

Holistic Approach Counselling and Psychotherapy
Drawing on different schools of thought, Chad's approach to counseling is gentle, thought provoking and intuitive. The power imbalance so often present in traditional counseling sessions is noticeably absent.A session with Chad is more like a chat with a knowledgeable friend, who is a trustworthy ally and who believes in the inner wisdom of each client.Using stories, metaphors and symbolism, as well as his own knowledge and lived experience, Chad is able to get to the core of long standing issues, allowing clients to realise and begin trusting their own personal wisdom.I have benefited greatly from my sessions with Chad and would recommend him wholeheartedly to those open and willing to work with a caring counselor in a new, different and exciting way.Kaye Thistleton.
