This was the quickest and most straightforward car ( Prado) purchase I've ever witnessed. Mithun from Llewellyn Toyota (Booval) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Mithun and Tom (Finance) put me at ease and were friendly. Mithun went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly! The car is fantastic. Thank you, and a special thank you to the coffee shop lady for providing us with delicious food and drinks.Excellent quality. It comes highly recommended.

This service centre had my car for a whole day and charged me 105$ to find a fault they couldn’t fix on the day and tried to charge me $660 for 4 hours of just diagnosing what was wrong with my car and why the engine light was on and was advised that they can only get it looked at in another months time due to schedule conflicts. I took my car to another service the next week and it only took them 30mins to find out what was wrong and fixed it within that timeframe. If I could I would give negative stars for no accountability. Definitely not coming back to get my car serviced or fixed here again.

Excellent customer serviceOn our way with our kluger, Llewellyn ToyotaOffered genuine customer service regarding paperwork related to finane, insurance, and vehicle registration. Jasmine updated us with information regularly and explained everything during the sale process. We appreciate the experience & the knowledge jasmine has throughout the sales process. Nathanial from the bigining to the end of the process was extremely knowledgeable & courteous. We had wonderful experience.Great team work during delivery offered us information regarding the status of kluger while we were waiting. Travelling from cairns to Ipswich to visit family and my LC300 came up with a warning on the dash. The team at Llewellyn Toyota service could not have been more helpful. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, efficient and helpful, none more so than Georgia on the service reception. An absolute pleasure to deal with everyone there. They got me back on the road and heading back to cairns same day which would have been difficult the day after new year.I cannot speak highly enough of the service team at Llewellyn Toyota Service

Well I have been behind the wheel of my beautiful RAV4 for one week and I can confirm- it was INDEED worth the wait! I would like to make an extra special mention of the service I received from Kellie. From test driving, to colour scheme selection, to ordering, to changing my order after 8 months (!! Oops…) to delivery and then follow up, Kellie’s customer service has been second to none. She always made me feel like a valuable, individual customer and never like a number (on her long wait list).
