Sharlene has a natural ability to create instant rapport and makes you feel heard. She is incredibly down to earth and makes you feel so supported, instantly.My sessions with her have not only helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns but also given me the tools to break them. As a result I feel more in control, grounded and confident in all parts of my life. I would highly recommend her!

The Barefoot Therapist
Extremely rude. We were awaiting another store in the same facility quietly when we were stormed upon abruptly and spoken to with disrespect and a phone camera shoved in our faces. Highly disgusting behaviour, and clearly has two sides to what we have read up about. Would not trust this person to “ heal “ anyone with that toxic behaviour. Absolutely disgusting.
