The hairdresser really missed my haircut despite the 2 videos I showed her...Despite everything, thank you for the welcome which was friendly but I wouldn't come back...

I have been a client for over 20 years and I have always came away happy with my hair and the treatment I received from all the wonderful staff over the years.Sadly the salon is now under new management/ownership.On Wednesday this week I went in for a routine hair cut only to leave in tears. My hair is an absolute disaster!I cried all afternoon. The next day I went to the salon to discuss my problem, hoping they would help me. However I was told the owner would call me later and that there was nothing else they could do for me. The call never came so I phoned them this morning to speak to the owner. I was told she wasn't there but that she would ring me soon. Today is Friday and I am still waiting for that call.There was no duty of care to me as a client and no talk of reimbursement or repair work which I think is the least they could have done.My biggest disappointment is not so much with the hairdresser that did the damage but more with management and their total disrespect to myself as a client.Obviously I cannot recommend this salon.

Jan is amazing at what she does. Been going here for over a year and always feel welcomed. The girls are all friendly and professional. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere even when busy. Great production selection for take home products and gotta love the massaging chair at the sink! My favorite thing to do every 6 wks.
