Thank you MARK for doing an outstanding job of cleaning our 2 pottery barn sofas. They were dirty and grimy but now look and smell like new. So good to see someone take such pride in what they do. Will definitely be using WHO WHO in future.

Easy, good pricing and great communication! From the first phone call the communication was brilliant, they let me know when to expect pick up and drop off and were on time as promised. My rugs look brand new and fluffy again (and with two dogs, I didn’t have high hopes!) I would highly recommend, and will be using them again in future. Thanks to the whole team!

Excellent service and quality work. I had a very dirty rug that my dog had peed on and the rug is like new again. Very genuine review this is and it is definitely worth spending the money for your rugs to be cleanned with this company.

We sent rugs to be cleaned on behalf of our customer and one came back destroyed. No-one had informed us that they had damaged the rug but they did demand the money on delivery.Only once we opened the rug directly after the delivery driver left is when we saw the damage and the rug was still damp in areas.We immediately contacted them and was told to email the details through. We only received a call today which is three weeks later and now they are saying that there is no remedy even though the rugs are labeled with the material type.They offered a refund on another rug that was still dirty and a waiver to stop us from complaining.
