Hi Urban Paws Yarraville Crew,Service at Urban Paws is exceptional the girls are all super welcoming and friendly. I love how images are posted on a daily on facebook being able to see what my furbaby Archie is up to. Archie loves day and is always content after a day with Urban Paws Yarraville Doggy Daycare.Urban Paws also make the experience personal by saying who Archie played with during day.Thanks guys for your on going customer service and kindness love Diana and Archie xx

Best daycare in the west! They are always expecting my dog by name when he arrives and he has such a great time. He’s high energy so I know can be a handful but they’ve been proactive in working with him and creating an environment that works for him (and their other dogs). Online logistics are great, super easy to book days and check packages.

This is just a happy place, for dogs & humans ! Great service - our Polly gets collected twice a week, for fun times with all her mates. When she first started, the staff took time to teach her some basic behavioral skills, and that has set us all up for a great relationship ! Videos of her play time sent to our phones and lots of attention - Polly loves it ! For all dogs - Big & Small.

Ginger's introduction was a happy half day. The photos and video sent showed me she was relaxed, happy and certainly not showing any nervousness being among a group of dogs, She was happy to see me, but not frantic to leave. She slept all afternoon! She's definitely going to be a regular!

These guys are brilliant. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and take great care of Chewy. We started on one day a week and he now goes three days each and every week because he enjoys it so much. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best doggy day care in the area! Liv, Jess and all the team really care about the Dogs and Owners and have exceptional customer service. My dog LOVES it there. Their pet taxi service is reliable and a great back up if you're stuck at work. They make everything so easy. Such a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommended.
