High Power Cleaning Services

The experience I have had with this company is atrocious! Firstly the house they were suppose to clean was not cleaned! Marks on the walls, tiles, bench tops. It looked like they had sprayed the wall but not wiped them down and the spray dried, the oven had drip marks on it, the stove was still dirty!I contacted the company and they are extremely rude with zero customer service skills! I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all. They are a scam, charging ridiculous prices for jobs they don't do!

Kristy, has been a wonderful cleaner for my house for the last few years now.Please ensure she knows how much we appreciated her help and how wonderful she is. Our Kitchen and bathrooms have always been immaculate. She does a wonderful job. Company owner is a very genuine person too .Definitely recommended.

WARNINGGGGGG!!!!!!This services is shocking. I paid for a whole house end of lease clean and got nothing in return. The floors were still dirty. Carpets weren’t even steam cleaned. The skirt boards still had dust on them. The curtains still had cob webs. Oven was still dirty. The overall experience was terrible. The first sign of something shifty was when the male I spoke to kept harassing me to pay before the job started which i refused. Then he said to me the job was completed while I was at work so I paid when I got home the job wasn’t even done. Absolute SCAM! Once I messaged them after I seen the job with photos of my dissatisfaction they opened the message and replied and then just blocked my number. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

It started with Luike phoning to say he'd arrive in 30 minutes which was ahead of schedule- great! I'd booked on-line for a 1-bedroom apartment and 2 seat sofa clean for end of lease. Luike soon realized it really was 1 bedroom only, no carpet elsewhere so adjusted the quote accordingly. Within an hour my sofa and carpet were clean and practically dry. I'm delighted with the professional service and would recommend Luike & High power cleaning to everyone. Will definitely book again next year.

The pros:Clean passed the inspection. Was able to do the job within a few days.The cons:Wouldn't leave until I PayID'd him the money. Refused to send an invoice for me to pay. Said he only sends invoice after payment received. Doesn't seem to understand the difference between an invoice and a receipt.He still has not sent an invoice months later.When I went to check the place, he had missed a room completely. He charged me for a 3 bedroom clean and only cleaned 2 bedrooms. Argued over the phone about how that didn't count as a 3rd room because the entry was separate to the main house. (It's an end of lease clean. All rooms need cleaning. That's the job.) He refused to finish the job so he refunded $50 instead. So I had to go back one night and finish his job.He filled the glass bin with a whole heap of rubbish so I had to sort that out or the council wont pick it up.Still no invoice received.You're better off going elsewhere. This was more hassle than it was worth.

The company is a scam. Please don't use them for any cleaning services. This is the most unprofessional people you will ever meet in your life. The owner does not let any one speak over himself and would not listen. We hired them and they did not do even half the job but took all the money in advance. He stopped picking our calls when tried to contact him. After picking up the call from another number, he told us to contact his cleaner as he is not able to contact his cleaner to finish the job. He also said to keep calling the cleaner and get her to do the job as he cannot do anything. They did half the job which I had to complete myself and I did a better job than these guys. On top of that we had to spend extra to hire other cleaners to finish the job they did not complete. With how professional they are they do not even deserve a 1 star. After the inspection, our Real estate advised to get the cleaners back for some of the things and Augie, the owner, said to do whatever you want but they wont do anything.

Extremely poor customer service, refused to steam clean carpet, begun harassing us for payment before job completed, then made threats and harassed us if we didn’t pay him within an hour. Incomplete job and unprofessional. Absolutely shocking behaviour from the owner of the company. Read the other countless shocking reviews this company received over the last few years.

Edit: I was contacted by the company who demanded i remove this review and promised a refund, unfortunately this was never received.Job was booked and paid for a month in advance - took a long time to get a receipt that matched payment. Even on the day of, staff were not booked and it took multiple calls to get them on site. To quote our rental agent 'The cleaning performed by the company you engaged was not up to standard with several items missed. When trying to have them re-attend they were uncooperative and quite dismissive. Therefore I engaged another cleaner to finish the job’ - most disappointing and needless to say we did not get our bond back and have given up on the so called guarantee..

The worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Period. Terrible clean, broken vacuum, accused me of not providing evidence of poor clean (even though I supplied many photos) and disgusting customer service. Had to drive to their office just to speak to someone as I was consistently dismissed on the phone. Had to have a repeat clean performed due to state of the clean. I was hung up on by the owner and shown no empathy towards my frustration. Never ever book a clean with this company. It will be the worst decision you ever make. You’ve been warned.

I had my house cleaned today for the first time by High Power Cleaning Services. My cleaner was here on time and did an excellent job. I can't wipe the smile off my face, I am so impressed with the level of service. I have booked in for a fortnightly clean and cant wait for my next service. Thank you High Power Cleaning Services
