Have never has any issue collecting materials from here, dispatch has always been helpful, and latest experience was 5star. Scenario was- our guys had a whoops onsite and needed another 2 sheets. Was a mid arvo order through with a desperately needing sheets to be onsite first thing in morning, I had already squeezed a few extra deliveries to other sites so by time was finished it was 4pm and was about to leave Collins Street in city for destination HVG Derrimut (we all know Melbourne traffic at that time, and I knew I'd be pushing sh1t uphill to make close of day. So thought I'd call office to confirm close time.Alison (5stars) for contacting dispatch team, letting them know I was on way to collect, and I arrived with 8minutes left on clock, was loaded up instantly, and everyone finished when needed to..Thanks again Alison, and thanks Dispatch Team.
