Awful end result, totally different colouring to proof picture. White dogs are green and blue, not what I approved. You received full amount because I forgot to escalate so am now going through my bank. I have seen other pictures of white dogs from other diamond art places and they are perfect, you need to go learn from them. I never said I want to keep the item, I told you I want my money back and you can have this trash.

My mum recently purchased a few kits for her grandchildren and was so happy with the product and the customer service she received that she asked for one for her birthday. I purchased a kit online and was contacted by Marika the following day noting a different delivery address from the billing address and asked if was a gift and if i would like a note placed inside. You just dont get this kind of personal customer service anymore and it was so greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you Marika for being so thoughtful!

Absolutely love Marika and the Diamond Art Dezigns team.I have ordered one Custom Diamond Art for myself, which I needed some advice about, Marika was FANTASTIC!! gave me all the information I needed.A friend (who I have gotten into Diamond Art) ordered one and it was a simple process, arrived really quickly so that we could start a new one at the same time.Definitely will be buying more off the team at Diamond Art Dezigns
