David has been our vet for 24 years & he is fantastic - moved 6 yrs ago & we travel the extra distance just to keep him as our vet. All the staff there are so kind & caring - we recently had to have 1 of our cats put to sleep & Michelle & Sarah were just amazing, so respectful & compassionate through such a traumatic time. Couldn't wish for better service or care for your treasured furbabies

Very sadly we said goodbye to our beloved Labrador Georgy a few weeks ago. Michelle from South Coast Veterinary Hospital and her assistant Rae came to our home and guided my husband and myself through the procedure with Georgy with great care and compassion. In the past whenever we have visited South Coast Vet we have received wonderful guidance and attention. Thank you to all concerned, especially Michelle and Rae.

Great vet. Was recommended him at a dog club by a lady with 2 giant poodles, said he was spoken about favourably amongst the local farmers. Turns out he is good with dogs too. The staff out the front are always helpful. Take my mums arthritic staffy and my working kelpie here. The other vet near the rms goes around in circles to make more money out of you. Find Dr Browns the place is legit and straight to the point. Saves us time and money.

Our horse had an eye injury requiring urgent attention. Treated her very professionally, was very friendly and caring with her and we thought he was really reasonable with the price. Definitely a vet we would recommend and will continue with.

I recently had David Brown tend to my horse who had colic. He was very professional, caring, he also educated me on the topic and was very thorough with him. My horse is doing well now and I can't thank David Brown enough. It was after hours and his pricing compared to others were very affordable.

Our beautiful ‘almost 15 yo’ Labrador was peacefully put to rest at our home today. The ladies that attended were so caring & sympathetic & treated our girl with such respect. Thankyou ! She deserved to be at home on her matt with her fam. eating pizza crust & liver treats as she peacefully went to sleep. Pain free now our Sophie. Highly recommended.
